The rule requiring certain businesses to register ownership information with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network [FinCen] is no longer required for domestic businesses.     Per the FinCen Website [Updated March 21, 2025]   “All entities created in the United States — including those previously known as “domestic reporting companies” and their beneficial owners are now exempt from the requirement to report BOI ownership information to FinCEN.”
