Full Time – 40 hours a week with overtime available

Entry-level job - will be assigned to various tasks, various departments and trained as needed.
Job involves standing for long periods of time, bending, twisting, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds and doing repetitive movements with hands and arms.
The work environment is consistently fast-paced and requires strict adherence to safety policies
Work independently and/or with a team/crew.

Current Oregon Electrical License, either PJ, PS, J or S minimum. (or ability to obtain)
Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Basic computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, basic CAD and an understanding of file and folder structures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Strong ability to troubleshoot machinery using ladder logic, with an emphasis on Control Logix with some Modicon.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work closely with supervisors, electricians, millwrights, and operators.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Sense of urgency in maximizing production and minimizing downtime.
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Must be Licensed or Certified as a Millwright.
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical.
Have 5 years of maintenance work and wood products experience and/or educational history.
Be proficient in the use of hand and power tools, precision measuring & testing equipment.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
Be able to perform labor-intensive work.
Wear all Personal Protective equipment and obey all safety rules.

Valid CDL with safe driving record on public highways and/or logging roads.
Current DOT medical card.
Two years of verifiable experience operating a log truck.
Two years free of driving incident citations.
Successful completion of a post-offer physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
Safety-conscious with a commitment to following all safety procedures and practices.
