- Have your Regence Medical Plan card with you for reference.
- Go to AbleTo website and register for the program.
- Fill out the short questionnaire online about yourself and your health needs.
- The last step in the questionnaire calculates what your health plan covers. For direct costs & copay, contact Regence.
- Once confirmed, you’ll be connected to a licensed therapist.
- Your therapist will create a personalized 8-week program just for you.
- If there is a medication prescribed, call Regence for your drug costs.
