New I9 Requirements Effective July 31, 2023
After three years of leniency, The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is ending its temporary COVID-19-related I-9 policies. US employers will no longer be exempt from in-person inspections of new hires’ identity and employment eligibility forms.
